yep!
my first house the basement used to flood. when I bought this one, I had it inspected and everything big time. my major worry was a basement that would flood. Hell I now worry about fire. all this plastic burning, so much toxic smoke you wouldnt be able to make it across the room fast enough!
No basements in So Cal..In the midwest, you get a natural disaster,(Twister) you go to the basement.

I cant imagine not having a basement. dont know where I'd go with my collection if I didnt have one
